Sniper Skin products (Player and Goalie) are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations. PLEASE NOTE - SNIPER SKIN BLADES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR INDOOR ICE USE ONLY. Any other surface, including pond hockey, will shorten its life span and cannot be covered by warranty.
The customer’s proof of purchase must accompany all claims.
Sniper Skin reserves the right to replace, at our option, any product determined to be defective.
If, in Sniper Skin's determination, product failure is due to accident, abuse, negligence failure to follow installation instructions, or abnormal use, the product will not be covered by this or any other warranty.
This warranty is expressly declared to be given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied on Sniper Skin's part.
No person is authorized to give an additional warranty in connection with the sale of Sniper Skin products.

- PROOF OF ISSUE OR CLAIM - pictures of the issues and supporting details
- confirm product was installed using the recommended 1.5 L rapid boil electric kettle or heat gun (please note things such as a coffee maker, hair dryer, lighter, small pot of water on stove, microwaved bowl of water will not shrink your product properly and will not be replaced or refunded via warranty)
- BLADES - confirm as noted above and on item description online, your product was used on indoor ice facility only (no hallways, garages, concrete, hardwood floor, change rooms, shooter boards, asphalt etc)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you warranty or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days of that confirmation.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
